Cancellation and Refunds

14-day cancellation notice required for individual coaching sessions
30-day written notice required for program cancellation
Refunds are subject to our satisfaction guarantee terms
Mastermind memberships require 90-day notice for cancellation
No refunds on completed sessions or accessed digital materials

Confidentiality

Client information and business data are kept strictly confidential
Coaching conversations are protected by client privilege
Success stories and testimonials require written permission
Group program participants must sign confidentiality agreements

Intellectual Property

All program materials remain our intellectual property
Resources are for personal use only and may not be redistributed

Program Delivery

Rescheduling within 24 hours may incur additional fees
